The Chairman of ALSAI, Mr. Arben Shehu, held a meeting on March 20, 2025, with senior experts from the National Audit Office of the United Kingdom (NAO UK) Mr. Benjamin Peters, Head of External Communications; Mr. Dan Gluckman, Senior Digital Communications Manager; and Ms. Natalie Low, Senior Audit Manager, within the framework of bilateral cooperation with the support of the Westminster Foundation for Democracy (WFD).

The NAO UK comes to Albania to provide technical assistance to ALSAI on the institution’s communication strategy and improve the techniques and approach to writing audit reports. The discussions focused on developing the capacity of auditors to write audit reports and continuing cooperation in the field of communication. Furthermore, the importance of collaboration in developing advanced methodologies that promote the elevation of professional standards was emphasized.
